Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer's enquires timely and provide professional solutions
- Handle export documents and customer declaration
- Monitor SOP / KPI to meet compliance requirement
- Perform cargo planning and work instruction
- Communicate with internal / external parties to make sure smooth procedures
- Follow up orders and bookings from clients
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- 2 years related working experience in Supple Chain and Customer Service duties
- Detail - minded and fast pacing
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficiency in Ms Word and Excel
