Job Description
Job Duties:

Follow up sales orders and customers’ enquires

Handle daily sales operations, including quotation preparation, shipment arrangement, inventory maintenance

Support Sales Team in the entire sales process, provide administrative and clerical supports to Sales Team
- Undertake ad hoc assignment as required
Requirement
- High-diploma graduate or degree holder
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- General shipping knowledge is a plus
- Excellent customer services and communication skills
- Well- organized, self-motivated and high efficiency with multi-tasking
- Immediately available is preferred
