Customer Services Officer @
- Lei King Wan (Sai Wan Ho)
"Operate & manage the business with the centre manager"
- Operate the business with the Centre Manager
- Help us be the BEST English learning centre in Hong Kong
- Issue invoices/receipts and receive payments
- Scheduling
- Reports
- Daily accounts
- General customer services
- Meet in centre
Requirements:
- Love kids
- Customer services experience
- Experience in education an advantage
- Able to communicate in English & Chinese to a good standard and with good confidence
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Happy and cool person (we are working with kids after all)
