A well expanding fintech company and an assets management company are hiring experienced SHRM/ VP to join their company and support full spectrum of HR & Adm duties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR duties including policy review, budgeting, C&B administration, job evaluation, performance appraisal, labour disputes and such
• Guide the Admin Team to provide efficient administrative support such as office maintenance, security, and H&S
• Provide HR advisory support to the management level towards operation-related matters
• Consolidate and review HR reports and salary review 
• Formulate, review and implement the administration policy and procedure
• Manage the performance of suppliers and vendors 

Requirements

• Degree holder in HRM or other related discipline with min 10 yrs of HR and office managerial exp preferably from financial co/ asset management
• Well versed in HK employment ordinance is a must
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands on working attitude with strong business sense 
• Able to meet deadline 
• Good command of English and Chinese 
• Less experience will be considered as HRM
