Reporting to the Manager - Human Capital Development, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Administer compensation & benefit function, i.e. payroll administration, leave management, maintain HRIS on IPL & SAP platform, etc.
• Organize and deliver effective recruitment activities, e.g. explore recruitment channel, CV screening, conducting interview
• Prepare regular reports for management review
• Assist in global HR and ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Provide administrative support to the department

The successful candidate will:

• Be a Degree holder, preferably in business related discipline
• Have at least 5 years working experience, preferably from payroll and recruitment
• Be familiar with IPL system would be a definite advantage
• Be presentable, outspoken with good interpersonal communication skills
• Be a good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated and good numeric sense
• Have good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Have proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
