Reporting to the Manager of Sales Administration, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Execute all administration tasks in daily business operation
• Assist in all purchase orders & delivery arrangement
• Handle customer debit notes & perform invoice auditing
• Prepare regular sales report for management review

The successful candidate will:

• Be a higher holder or above
• Preferably have at least 1 year working experience
• Be an energetic and outspoken person with open attitude
• Be good command of both English and Mandarin
• Have proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

*Candidates with more experience will be considered as Administrative Executive (Sales Administration).
