Responsibilities:

• Assist in translations, business reports summarization and simple analytical work of business projects
• Attend meetings and related business functions with the Executive Directors, taking minutes and handling related documents
• Assist in handling various business partners, customers, vendors and visitors when required
• Assist on both internal and external business correspondence of all kinds in terms of letters and emails etc.
• Maintain an effective filing system on all documents (internal & external) so that prompt & accurate information be kept instantly available to the Executive Directors
• Provide executive secretarial services to Executive Directors within tight timeline
• Execute and follow up the instructions of the Executive Directors
• Perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements:

• University graduate is a must, a degree in Finance or Law will be advantageous
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Good secretarial skills and computer skills including Chinese and English typing
• Minimum 5 years of secretarial experience with 3 years serving a senior executive; experience in a listed company in HK is advantageous 
• Be pro-active, presentable, responsible, discreet and trustworthy, with people skills strong enough to cope with a dynamic environment and a demanding director
• Willing to travel overseas when necessary
