Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for full spectrum of human resources and office administration functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations performance, office procurement, equipment and facility management
- Handle employee disciplinary issues, work injury cases and labour dispute cases
- Review and formulate policies and procedures to meet the development of company
- Preparing monthly reports, statistics analysis, budget forecast for management review
- Lead the administrative support in company events, project and other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements :
- Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years of solid and all-rounded administration and HR experience
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and common HR practices
- Proactive, attention to details, good interpersonal and communications skills, able to work under tight schedule and result-driven environment
- Proficient in computer application including MS Word and Excel
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred.
