Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist in developing e-learning strategies, plans and learning syllabus;
- To assist in preparing learning materials and executing learning programmes;
- To assist in planning promotion strategies, prepare and deliver promotion materials to potential customers;
- To assist in creating development plan for the Institute and the Association;
- To manage customers’ database, conduct training evaluation and marketing survey; and
- To stay abreast of the new trends and tools in e-learning.
Requirements:
- A recognized University degree, preferably in Social Work, Business, Training and Development or a related discipline;
- 3 years of relevant experience in coordinating training programmes and producing e-learning materials, and experience in designing and conducting marketing survey is definitely an advantage;
- Knowledge of developing digital programmes such as website, e-learning system or digital marketing programmes;
- Proficient in Graphic Design skills and PC applications and expertise in Adobe Photoshop or other graphics software;
- Proactive, positive, confident team player with strong programme management skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese; and
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently.
