Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Handle full spectrum of office administration work independently for the company; provide sensible recommendations and solutions for the management for consideration and decision
  • Provide HR and administration support to senior management and client services teams 
  • Co-ordinate and meet with internal and external parties including external vendors for the Company's office administration and IT projects
  • Support on human resource work including system, policies setting, insurance plan review, etc
  • Perform some research work and collect relevant and useful information for the management and handle ad hoc projects assigned
  • Prepare presentation materials and analysis report 
  • Evaluate the different systems/solutions to determine the best setup for the Company
  • Work together and co-ordinate with different departments for implementation of new systems 
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Degree or above, preferably in business administration, human resources management, accounting, Information Technology or company secretarial studies
  • Min. 4 years relevant office administration, project support, HR and secretarial support working experience or relevant experience in professional firm is an advantage
  • Experience in administration support including office renovation and IT support, gerneral help desk, IT policy or system implementation will be an advantage
  • High integrity, pro-active, independent and self-driven, fast-learner, detail-oriented, well organized in multi-tasked environment and strong sense of responsibilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill; good Chinese and English language (both written and verbal) and fluency in Putonghua
  • Able to drive the assigned projects to achieve the targets and work independently with minimal supervision; good judgment and highly effective and efficient person
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese words input, powerpoint, mail merge, etc
