Responsibilities

• Involve in full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development and performance management
• Assist in recruitment including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, etc.
• Prepare various HR reports
• Handle logistics arrangement in new staff orientation program
• Assist in payroll related duties
• Coordinate and support the delivery of training activities and staff development workshops, maintain proper training records
• Support implementation of various company-wide employee communication programs
• Participate in organizing CSR activities and employee relations programs, including company newsletter, annual dinner and other company meetings and events 
• Handle daily HR administrative duties and support the implementation of ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources / Business Management or related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial field
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Self-initiative, strong sense of urgency and accountability
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS applications with knowledge in In-Design is an advantage
