Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full reception duties including visitors greetings, phone calls answering, etc.
- Assist in office administration including office and facilities management, office supplies control and procurement, courier services arrangements, meeting room arrangement,
- Coordinate meetings
- Be a team player and perform other assignments and projects / functions as assigned by Officer / Manager
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary education with 2 years’ experience in reception and office admin preferred (Fresh Graduate also consideration)
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- A fast learner with flexibility, independent and self-motivated
- Proficiency spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
- Experience of working in environments with expatriates or MNCs will be an advantage
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and under pressure
- Immediate available is preferable
