Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full reception duties including visitors greetings, phone calls answering, etc.
  • Assist in office administration including office and facilities management, office supplies control and procurement, courier services arrangements, meeting room arrangement,
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Be a team player and perform other assignments and projects / functions as assigned by Officer / Manager

 

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with 2 years experience in reception and office admin preferred (Fresh Graduate also consideration)
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A fast learner with flexibility, independent and self-motivated
  • Proficiency spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
  • Experience of working in environments with expatriates or MNCs will be an advantage
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferable
