The Job:

1. Provide administrative and documentary support to the managers in client servicing
2. Create and analyze documents/reports to ensure servicing requirements of clients are met and establish rapport with existing clients
3. Negotiate with insurance companies on all business-related activities
4. Assist managers to Implement sales and marketing programs.
5. Handle day-to-day operations and other duties assigned by the management.
6. Provide Planning Strategies for General Insurance & Employee Benefit Business
7. Oversee quality control and establishing goals for the company and help the GI & EB businesses to achieve the target

The Person:

1. Form 7 or Bachelor degree holder
2. Over 2 years experience in general insurance and/or employees’ benefits insurance
3. Holder of IIQE paper I, II, III & IV.  In progress towards insurance professional qualification as ACII/ANZIIF/FLMI is definitely an advantage
4. Good command of written and spoken English and knowledge in Mandarin      
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
6. Good team player, and able to work independent and under pressure with good problem solving skills
7. Strong business connection in the insurance industry and experience in handling General Insurance and Employee Benefit Business
8. Highly organized and able to assign priorities 
9. 5.5working days per week
10. Immediate available is an advantage.
