Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a self-motivated person to come join our business team as a Business Assistant.
- Handle daily operation & financial transactions
- Handle full of set accounts arrangement
- Handling billing operations, accounts receivables with diversified clients
- Prepare invoicing & cost reconciliations
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director
- Take telephone messages and route calls
- Clients support
- Sort out, distribute and circulate mail, circular, memo etc.
- Coordinate events and meetings with internal and external parties
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Well organized, hard working and excellent communication
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Act as a good team player
- Good English (or Japanese) and Chinese typing skills
- more than 1 years working experience
- Familiar with MS Windows and Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Having a strong sense of responsibility
