Job Description
Working Hours: 20 hours per week (prefer 4 hours/day, 9am-1pm)
1-Year Contract
Responsibilities:
- General admin duties for a 30 people office in Kwun Tong
- Company car maintenance and license renew, AUTOTOLL replenishment
- Property & EC insurance renew, Company BR renewal
- Office travel support, including hotel, train, flight booking
- Some of receptionist job including incoming mail sorting and distribution, delivery management, courier services
- Print of Business Cards, Letterheads, Invoice, Pre-printed forms and chops, stationery ordering
- Verify invoice statements & monthly bills
- Contact office facility or equipment suppliers for repair & maintenance
- Company events e.g. monthly birthday parties, annual dinner, Christmas party, company dinners, etc.
- Group meetings facilitator including logistics and meal arrangement, etc.
- Group medical renewal notification, new enrollment, amendment, termination and medical claims administration
- Annual new bank notes ordering
- Annual flu vaccination arrangement
- Attendance and Annual Leave maintenance
Qualifications:
- Tertiary educated
- 3 years+ admin experience in MNC
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in verbal and written English
- Flexible and adaptive personality
