Responsibilities:

-         Provide all rounded secretarial & administrative support to the Director

-         Prepare presentation materials and coordinating development projects

-         Liaise with internal and external parties on implementation of projects/job duties assigned

-         Responsible for the maintenance of Turnover list

-         Provide all reports regarding Turnover

-         Provide support in business meetings and office events

-         Handle the insurance renewal for all Asia offices

-         Liaise and negotiate with service vendors (including Courier, Travel and Hotel agents and etc..)

-         Provide supports to other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

-          Degree or above, preferably in business administration.

-          Minimum 3 years related experiences.

-          Excellent communications and negotiation skills.

-          Able to handle multi-tasks simultaneously.

-          Good command of English/Mandarin, Chinese typing as well as MS Word, Excel and powerpoint.

-          Mature, self-motivated, independent and a strong sense of responsibility

-          Candidates with less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant.

-          Immediately available or short notice is highly preferable.
