Job Description

Cimigo is actively recruiting for an enthusiastic and friendly Receptionist, H.R. & Office Admin. Executive to manage the reception desk and provide office administrative support for our Hong Kong Causeway Bay office. In the role you will manage the Reception Desk and provide friendly administrative support to our Hong Kong team of international market research professionals, covering all aspects of Office Admin. including some H.R. responsibilities. This role provides career development opportunities for a career path in H.R. or Office Management within an international firm.

Job Responsibilities…

  • Manage Reception front desk, greeting visitors and handling telephone enquiries.
  • Coordinate job recruitment activities, including advertising jobs, attending career fairs, tracking job applications, screening c.v.s and scheduling interviews.
  • Office coordination and management duties. Liaise with building management.
  • Provide HR & administrative support.
  • Support monthly payroll processing.
  • Maintain attendance, leave and personnel records of staff.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate recruitment and onboarding experience.
  • Manage the calendar of training events, including scheduling and preparing for training activities.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities & social events.

 

You’ll need to have…

  • Excellent command of written and verbal English and Cantonese is essential. 
  • University degree an advantage.
  • Ideally, relevant work or intern experience in clerical admin. duties, reception work or H.R.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Friendly telephone manner, presentable and impressive interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, approachable and high energy character.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, apply initiative and prioritise.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
