Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quotation, samples and order follow-up
• Communicate with factory and clients for sample and order delivery schedule
• Provide daily clerical support to Sales team

Requirements:

• Form 7 or higher Diploma with minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Responsible, flexible and able to work independently under tight deadline and work under pressure
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as "Senior Sales Assistant"
