Job Description
The Job:
- Provide administrative support to customer service team
- Handle invoicing and data entry
- Communicate with internal departments to follow up sales orders
- Handle ad hoc duties if necessary
The Person:
- Diploma holder with 1 year working experience in service industry is preferred (fresh graduate will also be considered)
- Good communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Chinese and English Word Processing
- detail-minded, able to work under pressure and hard-working
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer
