- Assist the Department to perform administrative duties of the day-to-day operations including preparing quotations & invoice, routine correspondence and documentations

- Provide clerical supports to the Department

- Ad hoc projects assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

- Form 5 or above with 2 years or above relevant working experience

- Experience in engineering field is preferable but not a must

- Proficient in MS Office & Chinese word processing

- Good command in English, Chinese and Putonghua

- Immediate available is an advantage
