Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to Sales Department
  • General Admin duty
  • Answering external phone calls
  • Handling courier documents and enquiries at front desk and by phone

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Written & spoken English, Cantonese & basic Mandarin
  • PC skills in MS Excel & Word
  • Using SAP B1 system is an advantage
  • Stable working hour
  • 11 days paid annual leave
  • Immediate available is preferable
