Responsibilities:

• To handle staff recruitment exercise including but not limited to advertisement preparation, screening of applications, conducting interviews, reference check, offer making, preparing for employment contracts and payroll calculation, etc.;
• To maintain the HR filing system, update and keep personal records properly;
• To monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, create new users’ accounts & profiles and deal with password issues;
• To provide support in regular and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• A higher diploma or university degree in human resources management or a relevant discipline;
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience;
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Hong Kong Taxation, MPF regulations and other related legislations;
• Detailed minded with initiatives in dealing with various people in a multi-cultural environment;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
