Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain tidiness and professionalism in reception area
  • Administrative duties - Arrange & supervise office maintenance services such as telephone/computer, etc.
  • Handle courier services and internal mailing service
  • Manage office supply level (beverages, stationary, etc) 
  • Makes monthly report for leaves & late/grooming record;
  • Arrange appointment schedules,
  • Organize company events with HR&Admin Department, such as office happy hours or company parties.....
  • Ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Good command of  English, 
  • Native Cantonese & Mandarin is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
