Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain tidiness and professionalism in reception area
- Administrative duties - Arrange & supervise office maintenance services such as telephone/computer, etc.
- Handle courier services and internal mailing service
- Manage office supply level (beverages, stationary, etc)
- Makes monthly report for leaves & late/grooming record;
- Arrange appointment schedules,
- Organize company events with HR&Admin Department, such as office happy hours or company parties.....
- Ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Good command of English,
- Native Cantonese & Mandarin is an advantage
- Fresh graduates will be considered
