Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment process, new hire orientation, compensation and benefit, training, performance appraisals, employee relations for the office in the Region
• Ensure all HR records are kept updated
• Provides inputs in developing HR polices/procedures and strategies
• Undertaking projects relating to the formulation, development and implementation of new policies

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in HRM
• At least 5 years’ all round HR experience at MNC, buying office is preferable
• Regional HR experience is highly preferable
• Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances
• Solid experience in-house recruitment and partnership with HRBP, preferably in fashion
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills with strong result and customer focus oriented
• Well-organized and strong presentation skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
