Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the training function for the company and to provide training and staff development solutions to all levels of staff.
• Hands-on role in the training process, i.e. from identifying needs, designing and delivering to evaluating training effectiveness.
• Work closely with HR\Operation Heads to design and drive different kinds of learning and development solutions to support the growth of company.
• Perform follow-up and assessment on the team to ensure application of knowledge and skills acquired during training

Requirements:

• Degree holder in training or related disciplines or International Beauty Diploma
• In-depth knowledge of the latest makeup and skincare products and customer service and management skills and able to conduct classroom and field training to frontline staffs
• Minimum 10 years or above training experience and with 5 years experience in managerial level, preferably in cosmetic and skincare industry.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills are a must
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good team member with initiative and excellent interpersonal skills
