The Hong Kong Red Cross is looking for supporting arm of the Agency Support team responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of different types of Agency-wide events or initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist Manager (Agency Support) to plan, implement and evaluate Agency-wide events such as International Mooting Competition, Hong Kong Humanity Award, etc.
• Execute administrative support for corporate policies and coordination for inter-departmental collaboration on Agency initiatives such as Overseas Involvement Projects, Inbound and outbound visits, etc.
• Provide support for hospitality reception and use of new Headquarters venues to promote for public support for humanitarian services

Requirements:-

• A good university degree preferably in social science discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ working experiences, preferably in event management
• Sound programme coordination and project management skills
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)

Contract Period: One year
