Duties:

• Prepare meeting materials; take meeting notes and follow-up after the meetings
• Provide full spectrum of high-quality personal assistance and secretarial support to the supervisor
• Co-ordinate projects, events and meetings with internal and external parties
• Prepare various reports, statistical summaries, documents and presentations and draft correspondences
• Handle Central Office Administration
• Perform and complete other duties or ad-hoc services as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Formal Secretarial Training
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, of which at least 5 years in serving senior management
• Good planning, analytical, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and is highly systematic, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Ability to communicate in Putonghua is preferable
• Hands-on PC operation in both English & Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferable
