• Work under HK office of a luxurious retail company
• Support C&B operations for 200 headcounts
• Monitor & manage the external vendor

Job duties:

• Manage full set of Compensation & benefit administration for the assigned headcounts
• Checking the payroll calculations prepared by the external vendor
• Support in reviewing the HR policies & procedures
• Assist the manager in driving the ad hoc HR projects

Requirements: 

• Degree holder majored in Human resources management or relevant disciplines
• Embedded with at least 4 years of C&B experiences gained from sizable corporations
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Candidate with experiences in managing external vendors would be an advantage
• Organized, result-oriented candidate with strong analytical skills
• Fluent language proficiency in English and Mandarin
