The Senior Associate / Associate positions are very important position within our company; the role will be accountable for the development, execution and completion of contingent and retained search assignments on behalf of our valued clients.  We have a very strong client base and some very attractive mandates with some of the leading Financial Institutions around the world.  A Recruitment Consultant plays an active role in developing and broadening the knowledge base of the firm, through both telephone and desk research including third party sites such as the HKMA licence database.

Major Responsibilities:

Candidate sourcing – Has the ability to find the best possible candidates by:

• Building a strong network of candidates and sources
• Having excellent communication skills when interacting with candidates, clients, internal Directors and Management

Engaging with candidates – Is highly successful in gaining candidates’ initial interest in the specific positions with our clients by:

• Delivering superb candidate management, including conducting preliminary candidate cold calls and attending candidate interviews with Director/Managing Director.  
• Being an excellent listener in order to be able to ask the right strategic and critical questions
• Being able to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process; and
• Manages the research phase with excellent organisational and time management skills agreed with Asia Carbon Search Director/Managing Director.

 
Assignment Execution and Results – work to ensure a strong flow of candidates are generated for Director/Managing Director’s to meet and introduce to clients within Financial Services with a focus being Private Wealth Management.

Requirements:

• Approximately 2 to 3 years relevant experience, ideally in sales related telephone based position
• High-level oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Ability to multi task and complete demanding projects ahead of expectations
• Commitment and drive to be successful
• Pride in delivering results
• Personal drive, energy and enthusiasm
