Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for handling Financial Institutions (FI) customer inquiries via phone/email
• Assisting FIG Relationship Managers with operational matters
• Coordinating FI customers onboarding process according to KYC & internal compliance procedures
• Coordinating regulatory CDD reviews on FI accounts
• Coordinating the updating of FI accounts in case of any changes
• Supporting documentation negotiation between FI clients and Legal/Credit
• Preparing of letters and packages to be mailed by post or courier
• Preparing of presentations and reports
• Performing searches on internet, Bloomberg or other sources
• Translating Chinese documents to English
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in FI Client Service
• Solid knowledge in FI client onboarding process
• Familiar with FI KYC requirements and documents (for both onboarding and review)
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
