Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily securities brokerage operation for local markets, including the account opening process, account maintenance and customer services;
• Provide advice and support to top management on strategic activities and daily operations in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and applicable laws as well as credit and risk control management;
• Supervise the Securities business and manage the sales performance;
• Update market news, ad-hoc products and ideas.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Management or equivalent is preferred;
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in capacity of supervising regulated activities.
• Relevant experience in holding SFC license Type 1 and 2
• Strong interpersonal skill and familiar with local and PRC finance market
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Obtain good presentation and strong problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua
