Reporting to the CEO, the incumbent takes charge of all business development and client acquisition activities in mainland China.

Responsibilities:

• Develop institutional clientele (business partners) in mainland China;
• Develop sales plans with mainland partners targeting their clients, and provide training/coaching programs for their staff to drive online and offline wealth management business
• Lead a team of customer services staff to facilitate mainland partners in achieving sales and revenue results
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline the life cycle of selling and transactions;
• As one of the key executives, share the senior management responsibility.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with min. 15 years’ experience in financial services and min. 5 years working in China or focusing on China corporate and individual clients;
• B2B solutions sales experience/exposure with demonstrated records in sales success
• SFC RA1 and RA4 licensed person;
• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities, preferably native Putonghua speaker;
• Proactive and execution-focused personality with established market network;
• Able to travel extensively in China.
