Description
- Independently develop and manage a portfolio of LLC (Large Local Corporate) and MME (Middle Market Enterprise) customers
- Prospect and originate quality new customers to expand the bank’s penetration in the mid-cap segment
- Maximize cross-sell of the bank’s products including loans, trade finance, cash management, treasury and investment products
- Develop close relationships with risk, operation and product to ensure delivery of quality products and services to customers
- Manage the risk management process for the designated customer portfolio and be accountable for the on going monitoring of credit quality and compliance with bank’s policies
- Coach and develop less experienced RMs within the team
Qualifications
- University degree holder with a minimum of 7 years of solid corporate banking experience with a reputable financial institution
- Strong risk assessment skills and good knowledge of corporate banking products including trade finance, cash management, treasury and investment products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven marketing skills with track record in new customer acquisition
- Aggressive, ambitious, and be keen to develop and follow up on business opportunities
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are definite advantage
