Our client, a leading banking group, is urgently looking for the Manager to join their product development team.

Job Description:

• Play a key role in driving the product development of product growth by working closely and supporting Marketing staff to deliver business results
• Drive the medium-term strategy, initiatives, policy and procedure, strategic planning, and project management with a goal of ensuring effective end-to-end execution of the product proposition
• Manage syndication loans and insurance products to achieve business targets by partnering with frontline of Commercial Banking
• Devise product business plan and design integrated services program to customer
• Drive the medium term strategy and key products initiatives
• Optimize the product operation, system development, selling processes and transaction processing
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations to ensure product procedures and policies in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide training and presentation to various levels of stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in business related
• Minimum 6 years’ banking experience in Product Management, preferably on Syndication Loan or Insurance products
• Proficiency in writing skills is essential
• Strong planning, project management and PC (Powerpoint and Excel) skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
