Responsiblities

1. Provide support corporate finance projects including IPO, financial advisory on Listing Rules related transactions, compliance advisory project etc.
2. Assist and participate in entire project execution work including due diligence, research on financial analysis, modeling and evaluation activities relating to execution of all corporate finance projects
3. Provide support in preparing pitch books, and business proposals

Requirements

1. University degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline
2. At least 2 years’ relevant corporate finance experience; candidates with finance and accounting experience will also be considered
3. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua
4. Self-motivated and a good team player
5. Good communication, analytical and problem solving skill
6. Willing to work under pressure and demanding schedule and frequently travel to the PRC
