Job Description
Ping An Securities is listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEx”) (stock code: 231.HK). We are looking for Customer Service Officer to support our expanding business:
職責
- 解決客戶需求
- 開設帳戶及核對資料
- 檢查並處理KYC以及AML
- 記錄並更新客戶資料和其他相關資訊
- 負責聯絡監管機構並保持良好溝通
- 行政、會計工作的支援以及上級交辦的其他事宜
學歷及經驗要求
- 必須通過香港證券從業資格一、七、八、九
- 持合資格的香港證監會牌照一和牌照二（證券期貨交易）優先考慮
- 良好的中英文溝通能力（必須懂普通話）
- 熟悉操作辦公軟體，能熟練用中文打字
