We are searching on behalf of a major bank for a high-calibre IT Project Management Assistants / Officers to perform Project Management Office (PMO) tasks on a new Treasury System Project in a Major Bank.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist the IT Project Manager in liaising with different senior stakeholders
• Arrange and coordinate project meeting
• Draft key meeting minutes, regular progress report and UAT status report 
• Issue signoff request, collect and consolidate status
• Follow up key meeting's action, risk and issue

Requirements:

• 2+ years of PMO working experience in IT project coordination and administration
• Proficient in presentation preparation, drafting minutes and management reports in both Chinese & English
• Good interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in banking & financial sector advantageous but not mandatory
• Fluent in Putonghua
• Location: Central

      ** Candidate with less experience will be considered as PMA
