Job Description
The job:
- Monitor daily operations of global markets corporate actions to ensure announcements are duly and promptly dispatched, and customer’s instructions are timey and accurately processed
- Ensure the accurate posting of corporate actions entitlements to customers and resolve irregular items
- Liaise and trace with worldwide custodians on problematic corporate actions and delayed payments
- Participate in the development and UAT of corporate actions process automation
Requirements:
We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.
- Degree holder in Finance related disciplines
- With at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably gained at sizable corporations with knowledge of global markets corporate action
- With US market knowledge is definitely an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible and self-motivated with good attention to details
- Knowledge of excel and some programming skills are preferred
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Putonghua
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
