Job Responsibilities:
•  Conduct market research and analysis for property markets and site acquisitions in Hong Kong
•  Carry out feasibility studies and prepare calculations and reports for internal approvals
•  Prepare presentation materials for internal discussions
•  Manage the selling process including contract signing and document vetting
•  Collect and maintain systematically databases of property transactions and market intelligence
•  Perform ad-hoc assignment as required

Job Requirements:
•  Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
•  At least 8 years of relevant working experience in property investment
•  Familiar with sales and leasing procedures and relevant legal document
•  Self-motived and dynamic with good communication and presentation skills
•  High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
•  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Property Investment Officer
