Responsibilities

• To solicit quality mortgage/property loan businesses (including 1^st mortgage/2^nd mortgage) and HOS owner personal loan to meet business target;
• To establish and develop quality business referral agents network;
• To interview loan applicants and to explore their needs and to tailor make loan products to meet their needs;
• To carry out due diligence on the borrowers including checking & verifying loan application forms and all supporting documents and performing credit checking;
• To interpret explain all the loan documentations and terms and conditions to loan applicants to ensure they understood;
• To follow up drawdown of loan and to provide after sale quality customer services; and
• To develop and to devise new products to meet market competition and demand.

Requirements

• Form 5 or above;
• Outing marketing and result oriented character;
• Proven marketing experience and records;
• Honest with positive job attitude, self-motivated and able to work under pressure; and
• Good established clientele and quality referral agent network A MUST.
• Candidates with lesser experience may be considered as Mortgage/Landlord Personal Loan Marketing Officer.
