Responsibilities

• Interview personal loan applicants;
• Check & verify customers' loan applications & documents;
• Provision of quality customer services;
• Preparing daily accounting records and maintenance of loans’ files; and
• Conduct telemarking calls and assist in branch’s business development.

Requirements

• Form 5 or above;
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in personal loan or customer service industry;
• Experience in telemarketing would be a definite advantage;
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Basic accounting and computer software knowledge; and
• Marketing character oriented
