Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operations of handling settlement and/or corporate action in equity, investment fund, bond, foreign stock, structured note, ELN or other investment products
• Perform cash and stocks reconciliation against custodians, and rectify discrepancy
• Support investment system development testing, test cases inputting and results checking

Requirements

• University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience in handling securities operations and hand-on knowledge of CCASS, CMU, SWIFT, CHATS, Clearstream systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel & Chinese character input       
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
