Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- With tactful customer service skills, handle clients wide range of products’ enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist new clients in account opening
- Handle frontline and colleagues’ enquiries
- Being a departmental administrator and participate in different ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with 1 year customer services experience in financial industry
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin
- Proficiency in using MS Office with Fast and accurate typing skill
- Customer services oriented and a good team player with strong communication skills
- Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
- Willing to work day / night shift
