Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Loan Product and Brand Management
• Develop strategies and action plans for the quantitative and qualitative growth of retail lending portfolio including SME loan, Personal loan and Mortgage and to achieve business targets
• Familiar with loans market competitive environment, and regulatory requirement
• Strategically to promote retail banking brand business and customer, formulate plans and measures to achieve target customer and asset under management indicators.
• To Develop brand proposition platform and organize marketing events to reach targeted customer and enhance brand image
• To develop , manage and review products and business in relation to cross-border customers with China and South East Asia countries.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Marketing, Finance or related disciplines with minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably have exposure in China market
• Exposure in product development end-to-end process
• Fluent in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin), and English, Self-motivated, detail-mined and willing to travel
