• Develop strategies and action plans for quantitative and qualitative growth of retail lending portfolio, including mortgage and SME, to achieve business target
• Familiar with loans market competitive environment, and regulatory requirement
• Solid experience in product development end-to-end process
• Manage marketing programmes and tactical action plans as well as provide functional guidance and support to frontlines
• Degree holder or above in Marketing, Finance or related disciplines with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Previous exposure in PRC market would be an advantage
• Familiar with SAS and the on-going development of retail banking services offered by competitors

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Loan Product.
