Direct report to the General Counsel, the job holder will support the Legal & Compliance Department of FinEX Asia, act as an integral part of the General Counsel office and be responsible for the full spectrum of paralegal matters for Asia.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide transactional support to corporate lawyers on corporate matters including M&A, IPO, private equity, etc

- Conduct legal research, fact gathering and information retrieval

- Draft, translate and proofread legal documentations

- Prepare correspondences, legal contracts and reports

- Manage legal due diligence process

- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

- Degree holder or above

- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience gained in international law firms

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

- Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

- Pro-active, mature, well-organised and an excellent team player

- Able to multi-task, prioritise work load and work in a fast-paced environment
