Responsibilities 

• Accountable for an individual function (e.g. trades, settlement, corporate actions and reconciliation etc.) with operations
• Investigate un-match trades / transactions arise from reconciliation process in a timely manner
• Responsible for handling cash and payment transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Support in handling Fund’s month end closing process
• Assist in other daily fund related compliance duties and ad-hoc assignment (such as Operational DD) as required
• Assist in preparing regular reports for management and investors
• Contribute positively to completing shared tasks with common responsibilities and be willing to offer help to colleagues beyond own workload commitments
• The role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as Trading, Operations, Finance, Fund Administrator and Prime Brokers

Qualifications / experience

• University degree with preferably in accounting & finance or quantitative major
• 2-3 years of experience of working in trade support or fund operations, either buy –side or sell-side
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, VBA programming a plus
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with excellent inter-personal, communication skills and motivational skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin   
• Prior experience using Imagine a plus
• Candidate with less experience but has high potential will also be considered
