Our client is a well-known and expanding financial institution and now looking for high calibre to join their group.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent assessment on credit proposals, make credit recommendation and decision where necessary
• Manage credit approval and asset quality of the bank in designated business units within wholesale and cross-border banking group
• Work with business counterparts in proactive credit management of the designated credit portfolio in terms of credit migration monitoring, stress testing, early alerts and etc
• Monitor account utilization, performance, loan compliance and alert business units for irregularities
• Formulate or review credit policy in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Handle enquiries from regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Degree holder or relevant graduate qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Banking or Finance in credit assessment, approval, exposure in managing China and East Asia corporates are preferable
• Sound knowledge of accounting principal, financial statement analysis, commercial lending principles and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
