Responsibilities (Vacancy 1):

• Assist supervisor in implementation of credit control management processes so as to evaluate the potential loss from delinquency
• Review reports as generated from the credit risk management processes for the evaluation of the potential loss from delinquency
• Report to the supervisor on identified potential loss and make recommendations on how such loss could be mitigated

Responsibilities (Vacancy 2):

• Liaises with multiple internal stakeholders to streamline operation flow
• Assist supervisor in implementation of workflow management processes so as to work in paperless
• Support daily operation to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist supervisor in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• University Degree or Diploma, preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics, Statistics or relevant quantitative disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of credit control management experience in financial institutions
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good command of Excel is an advantage
