Job Description:

• To identify business opportunities and cross sell Global Banking products.
• To understand clients’ business plans and strategies forward, and be familiar with clients’ organization structure, key management and decision making process.
• To do detailed account planning by analyzing and evaluating product applications / relevance to client’s business plans/requirements
• To perform SWOT analysis on corporate clients and map out marketing strategy, in cognisance with risk assessments (credit, market and operations) in relation to the Bank
• To work with relevant product partners in providing customised financial solutions to corporate clients.
• To coordinate proposals towards securing mandates.
• To co-ordinate product bundling and increase wallet share and optimise return for the Bank.
• To act as one-stop contact point and liaison between clients and product partners as well as other support units, including overseas branches.
• To establish relationship strategies with Director for priority clients and ensure implementation of those strategies.
• To manage, build on and deepen business relationship with existing clients and to establish and develop relationship with new clients
• To manage transaction, monitor implementation process and ensure smooth and expeditious delivery and deal completion.
• To work and cooperate closely with product partners in advising clients, taking into account inter-alia business strategies, corporate culture, and/or constraints/ limitations of the corporate clients and their shareholders
• Meet or exceed the revenue budget allocated for the team, department and sector as a whole
• To identify and bring on-board new clients with new business opportunities

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree holder in business related discipline and/or
• 5-7 years of relevant corporate banking experience preferably in Local Corporates sector
• Solid knowledge in financial advisory products (e.g. Loans, Treasury, Trade, etc.)
• Strong in communication skills
